Tampa business leader Jonathan Yob serves as the president of JAY Management Corporation, a boutique asset management corporation. Epoxy
A 100 percent solids epoxy lends a high-gloss finish that is ideal for industrial manufacturing and commercial garages. Available in clear and pigmented form, this type of epoxy finish can accommodate decorative flakes and quartz broadcasts.
Polyurethane
Comprised of two components (polyester and aliphatic floor coatings), this high-gloss finish is resistant to weathering, stains, and chemicals.
Polyaspartic
With a solids content of 85 percent, this coating provides a thick, clear coat that is resistant to chemicals, abrasion, and ultraviolet light.
